Bertelsmann Marketing Services (BMS), a cross-channel full-service provider for the advertising industry, and the German marketing software provider Dymatrix, a leading service provider in the field of customer experience management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, will cooperate closely in future. As the two companies announced, the aim of the partnership is the establishment of a fully integrated CX solution, including a modern loyalty system. The comprehensive services of Bertelsmann Marketing Services, which range from loyalty services to direct mail automation and campaign operating, data reach, content creation and media services, will be integrated into the Dymatrix Customer Experience Platform.
The background of this partnership is the challenge for many companies to find their way in the rapidly growing world of marketing, sales and customer experience (CX). The increasing digitalization and data-driven approaches as well as changes in customer needs are changing the rules of the game for efficient market communication and profitable company growth. Providers of so-called marketing suites offer fully integrated solutions that include modules such as customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty, analytics and campaigns. The Dymatrix customer experience platform, which has been expanded to include the services of Bertelsmann Marketing Services, offers the advantage that all relevant services and comprehensive data pools for addressing new customers will be integrated in a standardized manner.
